Q: Hi, I am wanting to schedule an appointment and to check availability.
A: You can book right from this website and check availability listed under the Appointments tab. I require a 7-8hr advance notice for most appointment bookings. Regular paying clients pay 50% of service cost upfront & Grouponers pay a fee upfront.
Q: Deposits, do I have to pay?
A: Yes, everyone does. Professionally speaking, it is my business policy‘s standard to ask for a deposit in respect to business cost & time as well as regards to all client appointments.
Only serious inquiries will be acknowledged.
~It minimizes cancellations & chances of non-payment for time.
~It gives access to a working capital to keep business afloat.
~Requesting a Deposit is a standard practice for businesses.
Q: I already purchased a Groupon & it's asking for a Deposit (The money is on the Groupon)
A: Yes, indeed a Deposit is Required of All Clients (even Grouponers). This for the Standard Cancellation Policy. The request is made upfront to prevent the hassle of not getting paid in the end for No-call No-shows & late Cancellations. This is simply an Insurance Coverage Business Policy.
Q: What's the Groupon for if additional fees are asked for?
A: The Groupon is simply an introduction to experience great service at a lower to significantly lower rate than an individual could expect to pay. If one does not like the experience not much is lost out of pocket. If one does like the service then the client and Professional have both gained. However, the additional fees are a Guarantee that the Professional is not at a loss whatever the circumstances.
Q: The Deposit I paid can I use that for your tip?
A: NO, here's why.. The Deposit is an obligation for service and a tip is an appreciation of service. Once services are rendered, the Deposit is Nonrefundable going towards the cost of service balance. For Grouponers it is simply a small Nonrefundable Booking Fee. If cancellation for rescheduling occurs prior to 24hr notice, Deposit-fee will transfer to another time for rescheduling.
Q: I purchased a Groupon and wanted to know how it works.
A: You have to book here online. Provide your Voucher information to assure it's valid. When booking know that you are subject to the Merchant Standard Cancellation Policy (fees). My policy requires deposits to book, nonnegotiable & late fees if late by more than 15mins. Once service is complete & voucher is redeemed, I then receive payment of 60% of the sale at an appointed time.
Q: I am having trouble booking online after trying several times..Is there any other way to book?
A: Yes, a PayPal invoice Request to Pay email or CashApp $Eegogh is another option. Send your Required Deposit first, along with Full name, email address and service, date & time requested, please.

There is a 24hr notice to be received for Cancellation Policy or 50% service charge will & does occur. Clients usual pay that 50% of service cost upfront to insure that it is received. That 50% goes towards the cost of service, while the remaining balance is paid upon arrival. Allowed a maximum of one timely reschedules & then a deposit or Booking-fee will be required to be paid again. Tips can be taken off of card although, Cash is preferred. Please, do not come and choose to reschedule if you have been experiencing signs of COVID, illness, contagious disease or fever. Also, I reserve the Right To Refuse Service and will exercise that right. I look forward to servicing you with respect. I ask that when contacting myself that you have the respect that I intend to return you or that we cease to business.
(Clients who are repeat offenders of constant rescheduling and late cancellations are considered high-risk and will be penalized with fees, waiting list or simply blocked from from booking(s)
